Upcoming Comics Info (Patreon)

Hey everyone. 

I've been doing some thinking and I've decided to mix up the upcoming comics on each level that I've been planning. I've been reading the feedback and really thinking about it and I get the potential frustration some of you are having about the comics skipping around a lot.

I think in the beginning back in 2020, I started a bunch of comics because it felt right to have a bunch of stories going on at once. But on reflection that meant I had a bunch of stories that all needed subsequent chapters, but with only one of me to do it. Then in 2021 I started even more comics, which I'll admit was dumb.

Right! So the plan is going to be for me to sort this out. This means I'm going to be finishing comics or ending them at a natural place that makes sense to me. That means that there will still be comics that end with cliffhangers, that's just the nature of stories, but think more Empire Strikes Back than Dark Universe setting up movies that never happened.

So for the foreseeable, and for logic that makes sense to me, this is how the comics are going to go:

Monday $10 - Finish off Soldier 7 chapter 2, then that goes on the back burner for a bit. The next three comics at that level will be Shooting Star, finishing the origins arc that I've got planned out.

Tuesday $1 - Continue to alternate Hulk and Spider-Man until those arcs are completed. Aiming for 6 chapters of each of those. Then I'll move on to completing Superman and Legend of Zelda, but we can decide on how that's going to work when we get there.

Wednesday - Day off. I use Wednesdays and Saturdays to letter comics, design models and write the scripts.

Thursday $5 - Complete the current Maiden King arc bringing that up to six chapters, then complete the six planned chapters of Hidden Empire as that's the second furthest along after Shooting Star.

Friday $10 - Complete Don't Get Cocky, then publish the Fool's Jewel comic for TGC 2024 here to bridge between big comics, then follow up the Star Wars TG with the third chapter of the Marrc Shadowchaser story. Finishing that arc yadda yadda you get it. Then I'm thinking of pausing the long comics and just doing multichapter continuations of stories here. Think Poppy and the Rockets 3-6, Soldier 7 3-6, Proximity 2-6 etc...

Hope that sounds good for you all. I'm still planning on moving the $1 and $5 into the $3 level from April onward but I've already gone over that in a previous post so I didn't want to clutter here.
