This one was pretty experimental. You'll notice that my audios are usually very polished. I edit out the lip smacking and unintentional breathing sounds. This time I started recording this as soon as I came in from a run because I was struck by inspiration. 

So I decided to lean into it and left the lip smacks and breathing in for a more ASMR sound. The guide is about sound anyway. So I want to know what you think. Do you like this or do you like it the more smooth, studio sound.
