This is the Penitent Crusade Part 3 RPG Module Spotlight, click HERE to check out the STL Miniatures.

We’re pleased to announce that this month’s RPG Module, Under Cover of Darkness, is live and ready for you to download!

The party must infiltrate Azriel’s military encampment. Using a combination of stealth, trickery, guile, and strength, they must make it to the heart of the camp and back out again with a precious item. If they are not careful, the entire camp may be alerted, and they will have to retreat with haste, driving a machine of steel and wheels to outrun their pursuers.

Running the Adventure

As with our other Adventures, this month will see Heroes thrust straight into the action, summoned to the High Lord Azriel from wherever their last misadventure left off - meaning you can easily slot this into your campaign.

As some of our more ardent followers may have already guessed, this Adventure can also tie together the storylines developed in our 2 Beastmen Adventures (Siege of Stürmenburg Part 1 and 2) and the horrific events of Purgation (Penitent Crusade Part 2).

Lord Azriel’s Crusade has arrived in direct response to the events of Purgation, and the Great Northern City of Stürmenburg still lies reeling from the brutal siege of Grimscar’s Beastman Horde.

Recreating the Crusader Camp

Once you check out the Maps, you'll see that this month's Environment set includes a host of terrain designed to recreate the Penitent Crusade’s war camp that lies outside the walls of Stürmenburg. Your adventurers can make their stealthy way through this mighty canvas encampment in 3 dimensions!
