Here's where you'll find all the information you need to know about how the Bestiarum Miniatures Patreon works, what benefits we offer and answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Make sure you give this post a close read if you're unsure about anything or encounter an issue, chances are you'll find the answer here - we do our best to respond to messages within 48 hours, but the answers in here should get you set up much quicker!

All of our supporters receive access to the Welcome Pack! This HUGE collection contains 28 miniatures, and two starting adventures - giving you all the tools you need to start adventuring in the grim dark world of Doaden!

Bestiarum Games uses MyMiniFactory for the fulfilment of all Patreon Rewards.

Invitations to receive your rewards are sent every Friday, to the email address used for your Patreon Account. If you are just joining us, you will need to wait until the next Friday to receive your invites.

To receive your rewards immediately, please join us on TRIBES.

You must ensure your MyMiniFactory and Patreon Accounts use the same email address. Make sure to double check your spam or promotions folders.

If the next Friday has passed, you've checked all the above tips, and you've still not received your files, reach out to us via Patreon DM and let us know.

All of the STLs we provide come in 3 Formats - Original STL, Pre-Supported STL, and editable Lychee pre-supported files.

Our pre-supports are provided and test-printed by the good people from Atlas 3DSS.

Printing Guidance - The pre-supported files are all test printed by Atlas 3DSS, but please be aware, there is a huge range of variables involved in a successful print, and we cannot test them all. If you are having trouble printing our models, your best option for support is to share your issues on our Discord Server, there's a bunch of friendly folks on there ready to help with a wealth of knowledge!

Atlas 3DSS also have their own Discord Server, which is a fantastic additional source of information and support - especially if you've just started your 3D printing journey! Visit the Atlas website to find the link.

Issues - If you believe you've found a genuine problem with any of the STLs we have supplied, please reach out to us direct via Patreon Direct Message and we'll do our best to resolve.

Here's a quick breakdown of some common 3D printing issues you might encounter, and how best to resolve them.

Errors/Artefacts

If you find that a file is not opening, or showing artefacts/errors in your Slicing Software, then please import them to CHITUBOX (free software) and re-export the STL - this fixes most problems!

Compression + Unzipping Folders

Our release files are always supplied compressed, generally in .Zip or .Rar formats. In order to access your rewards, you will need to unzip these files after download.

If your Operating System's unzipping function is not behaving, we recommend using WinRAR (Windows) or Unarchiver (Mac) to resolve your issues.

Corrupted Files

Due to the size of the files we're working with here, there is a chance that you might encounter file corruption issues at download. Our first recommendation here is to delete the offending file, and re-download.

Bestiarum sculpts our Miniatures for 32mm Scale, this is designed to fit with most popular miniature ranges.

In addition, Bestiarum sculpts at 'True Scale', which means our anatomies are more realistically proportioned than 'Heroic Scale' miniatures - which can be identified by larger heads, hands and feet.

What does that mean?

If you're planning to print the models as we supply them, and build a collection of just Bestiarum Miniatures - then it doesn't mean much! You can comfortably collect and print to your hearts content.

If you're looking to integrate our miniatures into a wider collection of miniatures from other brands, then you may need to test a few different scales to find something that feels right.

Let us know on the Discord if you're trying to re-scale our models - chances are a fellow supporter might have tips on what % scale looks best!

Bestiarum Games has a firm No Refunds policy.

Due to the nature of our digital product, and the content delivery mechanisms we use, you will be eligible to receive the month's rewards from the moment you press 'Pay Now'. This makes a refund policy unsustainable for Bestiarum, we hope our reasoning here is clearly understood.

We will always endeavour to provide all possible descriptions and renders of the released miniatures, tell of our benefits and features, so that you can examine information before signing up.

In order to protect our and your interests, we kindly ask you to verify everything BEFORE supporting us on Patreon!

The Terms and Conditions outlined below apply to Bestiarum Miniatures Supporters across ALL TIERS.

By subscribing and downloading content published by Bestiarum Miniatures (“BM”), you accept this Agreement and accept to be bound by its provisions;

If you do not accept or agree with these terms, do not subscribe and download or otherwise access the content provided;

You are NOT ALLOWED to sell, share, distribute for free, or in any other way use BM digital files and/or their parts (.STL, .lys, .chitubox or any other digital types of files), or physical reproductions of those digital files, in any non-commercial or commercial projects, like Kickstarter, Patreon, MyMiniFactory or other type of distributing and crowdfunding platforms;

▪ You may NOT sell physical reproductions of our models;
▪ All copyrights belong to Bestiarum Studios LLC;
▪ No rights are assigned or transferred to the end-user;
▪ All digital files, images, designs are protected by intellectual property laws;

When displaying printed / painted results on social media or any other type of social activity, please credit Bestiarum Miniatures as an artist responsible for creating the model;

Any type of promotions will be highly appreciated; they can help us to develop the project and offer new features!

You may use the content provided (STL files, digital images, links, etc.) for PERSONAL USE only;

You are NOT ALLOWED to sell, use, share, distribute for free or in any other way BM DnD integration module (neither digital nor physical copies), digital files, their parts and/or 3d printed physical models purchased from Bestiarum Miniatures.
