▪ Scrap Berserkers

   Half-insane warriors, Scrap Berserkers are dangerous in battle, as well as in peaceful time, so the city dwellers fear them as much as their foes do.

   But the Scrap Berserkers are the force that stopped and annihilated many armies striving to subjugate the city for their lords, so the fear is matched by respect.

   Scrap Berserkers plunge into the heat of battle to obtain as many scalps, scars and glory as they can. When the Warlord enters the battlefield, their fury and vigor become twice as strong.

   During peace, Scrap Berserkers spend their time in training and grim rituals, one of which is ablution in the poisoned waters of the city.

   Burns and growths emerging after this ceremony are considered holy markings by the Scrap Berserkers.

▪ Scrap Knights

   So-called Scrap Knights differ from the Scrap Berserkers who rush into battle half-naked, and don the best armor that their smiths are capable of crafting.

   Makeshift protective masks allow them safety against the poisonous miasma of swamps and the city.

   Usually it is veterans of numerous combats and clan leaders who become Scrap Knights.

   On a battlefield, they advance after the Scrap Berserkers to decisively shatter the enemy’s line, softened beforehand by Berserkers.

   Before engaging in close combat, the Knights shower the enemy’s ranks with gas bombs, spreading alchemical poison which eats away at the eyes and throat, breaking morale.
