Reminder Where To Reach Me (Patreon)

I recently found out that alot of people are confused by Patreon's UI and how to reach me. It's understandable since the UI here is kinda confusing. 

To talk to me, I highly recommend joining my Discord server  and joining the Patreon chat since I'm the most active there. Also, you can reach me via DMs here on Patreon (hit the message icon).
