This Month’s Completed Projects
Like I did last month, I’m going to skip over the Bowsette video since I already released it. You can find the link to the video here.

One of the videos I finished in October was the next Dragonball video on the channel. For that video, I applied all that I learned from the Weeaboo Halloween video to this one. I even applied the new lighting techniques from the Halloween video to the Broly one. The only issue I had with the video was Goku’s model near the end of the video. Like many of the Dragonball Xenoverse models, this model had some flickering issues around the eyes. My friend Guiman fixed the eyes for me so it’s no longer an issue. Expect the video to drop Dec 14th, around the same time as the Japanese release of the Broly movie.

The final project I finished was the “Saber Says” video. This project was rather interesting since I learned several new things that I will be carrying over to future videos. The first is that for now on, I will be flattening the characters nose to give it an “anime” look. The second thing I did was that I managed to modify maps that came with SFM so that no lights can appear in the map. This allows me more control of the lighting I want in the animation and manage to use maps that match my vision for the animation. I still plan on doing scene builds, but this method is a time saver. This video will drop in February of next year.

This Month’s Ongoing Projects
One of the biggest projects I’m working on this month is the Waluigi Summons Shantae video. This video is the cumulation of everything I learned from my work with the Broly and Weeaboo Halloween videos. The scenes in this video are far more dynamic and looks smoother than any animation I’ve done thus far. Even though I just finished the Shantae scenes, I need to animate Mario’s scenes and the video’s done. The video should be done by the end of this week if not next week. The only dilemma I’m having is whether to release the video around the time Smash 5 comes out or wait until February. The reason why I’m hesitating in releasing this is because I feel this animation is such high quality that it’ll possibly hurt the other videos I’m releasing for the month. I’ll make my decision soon.

I didn’t really do a lot of script writing this month. The only thing I really did was going back to the previous scripts I wrote and proof reading them. The only scripts I did write was for another Trunks video,a DMCV parody and a part 5 parody.

I should also mention that I got all of the storyboards for the Shaggy vs Goku animation. I’m going to start animating for that video hopefully next week. It’s going to be a LOOOONNNGGG project.

Original Project Work
I finished modifying the DaiCast models so that way it’s easy to lip sync them. In fact, lip syncing them is easier than lip syncing models in SFM. What’s interesting is that I had to write Python code to create custom scripts for them. I’m honestly thinking about relearning Python since I think I could make animating in Blender much easier for me by implementing Python code. I’m waiting on Peixoto to finish the Star Wars models before I animate the first DaiCast animation.

Finally, the Hamster Face Man model is done! I even did a quick animation test with him which I uploaded on Twitter. I’m going to start figuring out a way to make animating using him very easy. I might even create a custom script for him like I did with the podcast models.

And that’s it! Thank you guys for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful day or night! See ya!
