  This Month’s Completed Projects
I’m going to skip over the Kuroko’s Double Date video since the video came out a few days ago. The only thing I can really talk about for the video was how much work was done on the models since they initially looked really bad when posing their lips. I’m glad that people enjoyed the video nevertheless and I might work on more Index videos in the future.

The next project I worked on was my entry for the 5th Bad Jojokes Collab. Unlike my other videos, I did not write the script for this video. Rather, all of the audio was Tom S’s (the voice actor for Yami for it), audition for the Yugi parody I worked on in August. Not gonna lie, I’m extremely proud of this one since I had to animate a 13s fight scene for it. I had so much fun animating that fight scene that I want to animate more for future works. The video should come out next week in conjunction with the other Bad Jojokes parody.

The final project I finished for the month was this year’s Halloween video. Even though this is the shortest Halloween special I worked on in a long time, it’s probably going to be the creepiest one. I wanted to make it look as cinematic as possible since I felt like it would make it feel like it came from a horror movie. I also wanted to add that the lighting for the video is phenomenal thanks to the help from my friend Secrios. I plan to talk with him more in the future to get some more tips on lighting.

This Month’s Current Projects
I’m only TWO videos away from wrapping up this year’s content. One of them is this year’s Christmas Special, the other is “Broly Comes To Dinner” which is the current project I’m working on. Thus far, I’m really like how lively the animation is going to be. It’s probably the most well-animated one thus far. I had to ask my friend to fix the Bulma model since it had some freaky bending issues around the arm, but otherwise I don’t have any complaints about the project. Expect it to come out sometime in December.

So far, I have two MRW animations planned for October. The first one is going to be a Bowsette animation, and the other is a Dragonball Minus video. While the Dragonball Minus parody is only going to be 10-15s long, judging by the script, the Bowsette one is going to be a bit more involved. I had to ask my friend if I can use his model for the video, but I had to get a lava stage from Super Mario 64 ported to SFM as well as a Waluigi model and a Wario model for it as well.

Speaking of those two, since I found a better Waluigi model, I can start working on the Waluigi Summons Shantae video. The only problem is that I don’t think I can release it in time for Smash 5. However, I don’t think it’ll be a huge deal since Smash Bros videos are always relevant.

Another set of models I got ported was a Saber model from Fate Extella. As well as a…Burger King model from Sneak King. I plan to animate some of “Saber Says” posts for a “It Came From Saber Says” video. The problem is that communication with the VA for the Saber in my videos has been off and on lately and I might have to find another person for the role.

Also, in September, I wrote A LOT of scripts for future parodies. I wrote a script for a Nier Automata parody, a One Piece parody involving Zoro, another Dragon Maid parody involving Tohru, and a Nekopara one which will also be an action animation.

Original Project Work
I got the last model for the podcast animations. The problem I just realized is that the UI I have setup for controlling the eyes, brows, and mouths for the models are too cumbersome. I have to revamp the face controls for the models, otherwise it’ll be too difficult to animate them. I’m currently researching how to code in Python to write a custom script that handles the face controls for them. Even though I learned Python years ago and it’s one of the easiest programming languages around, I still have my work cut out for me.

Work is also being done for the short film project I’m working on. My friend Peixoto has begun the initial modeling work for the main character and working on the face ATM.

And that’s it! Thank you guys for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful day or night! See ya!
