Dawn of the First Day (Patreon)

My first two posts on social media of the last decade. “My input is always valuable,” and “Ugh drivers ed.” That’s gotta be meaningful, right? 

I started this Patreon what feels like 3 weeks ago; I think it’s been more like 4 months. In that time, I think I’ve made some of my best work and a frankly shocking amount of you have decided to support me. 

Now it’s full steam ahead, baby. I have no idea what 2020 holds, but I am pretty sure it’s gonna be big. More videos will be coming out, with even more esoteric topics and even more music from Max Payne 3. Timing of releases will hopefully be pretty similar to what it has been- January and February are going to be kinda zany months for me, so things might get a little jostled around. We’ll burn that bridge when we come to it. 

Another thing I’m going to be doing in 2020 is experimenting with sponsorships. I know some of y’all have expressed concern with that concept, and I get it. There will be no hard feelings if you decide that me doing an Audible read or something isn’t what you signed up for. That being said, please know that I’m extremely picky with this stuff. I have turned down 90% of the opportunities that have come up. You will not be seeing Raid: Shadow Legends come and take a big dump all over the pacing and content of one of my essays. The writing always comes first. 

Speaking of content, I’ve already got something fun lined up for the $1000 milestone, which we are quickly approaching. I haven’t jumped out of a plane yet- though I will- but I’ll have a pretty cool thing for everyone anyway. 

That’s about it! Thank you all so much for your ongoing support. I really can’t tell you how much it means to me. Happy Holidays, Chanukah, Christmas, and/or New Year. I hope the next decade is a good one for ya. I’m getting good vibes from it.
