Dramatic Skys Beta 2.3a: High Altitude Weather and More! (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest early build of Dramatic Skys. In this update I have added weather specific skies for high altitude conditions. Meaning if you're up where high altitude clouds appear, they will have their own weather skies.

This makes everything much more concrete and put together. Along with that some tweaks were made to property files and jsons.
