Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.16 (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest build of the pack. In this update:

-Updated to work with 1.20x (will continue to update MCMeta, and works for older versions too just enable anyway when there is a pop up)
-Fixes regarding sun and moon flicker (again to resolve any lingering issues)
-Fixed blending for skies when using fabric (Thank you to TurboYANEK)
-Updates to JSON and Property files
-Tweaked axis on sky (Thank you UsernameGeri)

Pretty important update, mainly to fix on going issues and make the pack better, I plan to add the tornados in a coming update :) I hope you enjoy!
