Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.13 (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest update of the pack! In this update we finally get the max height skybox. This skybox will appear whenever you past max build height and up. The sky show an outlook of borderline space with seeing the curve of the world. This will also work right away with fabric thanks to TurboYANEK!
