Dramatic Skys Beta Test Build 1.9.7.10a (Patreon)

Hey guys! In this test build there are some pretty decent changes to the property files for optifine as well as a small adjustment for fabric. Thanks to TubroYANEK for editing these and getting these how their were meant to be!

Change log:
-Updated sky property files (1-39) to display the height maps in those biomes as intended. As it was when you got to a high height and had the higher sky textures the others were still visible over top, that has been corrected to have more depth.

-Updated .json files for the aurora for fabric to display correctly in specific circumstances.
