Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.8: Better Star Mapping (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest update to Dramatic Skys. In Beta 1.9.7.8 the shooting stars now have far better mapping to make them more realistic as they shoot across the sky! Along with this shooting stars now work with Fabric! Thank you so much to UsernameGeri for doing this!
