Dramatic Skys Test Build 1.9.7.8a: Shooting Star changes and more! (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest test build for Dramatic Skys (1.9.7.8a). In this version there is the new shooting star mapping that increases realism and immersion. Along with this is Fabric support for shooting stars as it was not included previously due to an axis issue.
