Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.6: Fabric Support (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest beta of Dramatic Skys (1.9.7.6), which is quite a large update all things considered. With this release comes fabric sky box support for those who can't or prefer to not use Optifine. Only small thing to note is shooting stars are not working at the moment due to a fabric issue with axis points. Everything else however, is working as intended!
