Dramatic Skys Demo/Legacy 1.5.3 is live over on Curse! With this update fabric skybox support is native so there is no need to convert. This is thanks to TurboYANEK! Here is also a small preview video of how it looks in gaming using fabric skyboxes also by Turbo!

This video is preview of coming soon update for thebaum64's "Dramatic Skys" resourcepack which will add support for FabricSkyboxes mod (I ported skys lol) It might work bit worse than on OptiFine as FSB is relatively new mod Music that I used is made by Mattie it can be heard in oftoast.exe which is installer for Open Fortress a community made mod for game Team Fortress 2
