Dramatic Skys Beta 2.3: High Altitude Weather and More! (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest beta of Dramatic Skys. In this update I have added weather specific skies for high altitude conditions. Meaning if you're up where high altitude clouds appear, they will have their own weather skies.

This makes everything much more concrete and put together. Along with that some tweaks were made to property files and jsons.

-New skies for high altitude weather (day, sunrise/sunset, night)
-Edits to property files and json files
-Updated MCMeta
-Correction to height property data to work with older versions of optifine
