Work Update:
I've officially started my other job. It's still in a bit of flux when I'm working exactly, I share the night shift with another person, so they need to figure out a schedule that works. Once the schedule is in, I can plan ahead for SloP work as well.

But, SloP work has continued!

Gave up on the vellus hair particle system I was making. The hair particle system in DAZ uses the BASE RESOLUTION of the mesh to grow the particles. But when I render I use HIGH RESOLUTION meshes. Meaning parts of the hair particles system are either beneath the skin or floating over the skin. This is more noticeable because vellus hair is so short. This also results in straight lines, particularly around the chin.

So it's on hold and I'll instead revert back to the old shader technique for now.

I also started editing on my new laptop. It has a very good built-in monitor with rich and accurate colour representation, so it's actually a little bit of an upgrade over what I used before.

The Sauna set is coming along nicely too. I sort of forgot how good it actually was. :o

Thanks a lot! Hopefully I can find a nice balance and make this work together. :D

Congrats on the job but dang, night shift can be rough. Is that gonna be big change for you or have you done that sorta schedule before? For the ppl I know who have night shifts, it can work well when it’s full time but if it’s part time it may be tough to get a good sleep schedule down. Best of luck to you.

Right now I'm on two days a week, which is... not worth it to me? Like, I'd like one more day for me to basically switch my entire sleep schedule around like that. I'm a night person anyways, I usually get a bit of an energy boost around the 2AM, so I'm not too bothered. But I do miss out on a lot of social stuff. I'm basically sleeping for night shift on my days off too.
