• Nina's Apartment Ported

Fully ported Nina's Apartment and surroundings. Fixed the instances problem that I had previously but now I gotta go through all the lights (including the ones outside in the other builds) and set the correctly.

Whilst porting, all the simulated cloth that I had for Nina is broken, so those I'd need to port on their own, if they were in view of the camera.

I'm also contemplating maybe designing the city, New Peitham, in Blender. DAZ Studio isn't really a modelling program. But Blender has some neat plugins that allow me to, for example, make bendy-roads. You'll notice the city right now is pretty much straight lines and blocks. Built out of squares.

With Blender, I could learn some roads that have curves or different types of elevation.

Might be something to consider.

• Edit Update

Have a bunch of renders ready to edit over the weekend and this week will be the last Goddess render. I went through my very unorganized render list and noticed a project that hasn't been released yet, which was just waiting for uploading. So I'll probably upload that this week, before the goddess thing.

Next week, the 300+ office set will start rendering.

Pretty neat that Blender opens up more options for designing the city. Helps with giving it more personality in a way instead of just straight lines. Oh man, I completely forgot how large the render count was for the Office set. Whilst I can't help with the rendering, I'll send good vibes and energy to help us get through them.

Yeah could add some very nice originality and make the locations come to life. I found a plugin for blender, little pricey, but it comes with a bunch of stuff to design a city including a bunch of vehicles. That'd be great to have. But one thing at a time. First finish this stupid animation. 🫠
