[WIP] Resident Evil Village (02-12-2022) (Patreon)

So I've had Dimitrescu ideas for a while, and I wanted to finally do them. Fan art of games is also a good strategy to get some more people on the other platforms that I'm posting on right now.

After this one, I'm going back to my own characters.

• 22 Work-In-Progress Images
Lighting isn't final, still needs a liquid pass.

• Created Alcina Dimitrescu and her daughters. Replaced Alcina's hair for a custom one to be able to remove her hat.

• Created a church/religious/cult washing/pool room to be used for Mia's church. Repurposing it for the Resident Evil set for now.

As a hardcore Resident Evil fan i say you should have used Jill, Claire, and Ada instead of the daughters since they are more popular and hot.

Excited to see the set! Smart strategy to to try to grab attention with some well known characters. Hopefully they will see the quality work you do and then get invested in the fantastic original characters you've created. Also I'm I Crazy did I miss Worked Out 3? For sure, those are likely one of the more popular characters when it comes to female game characters such as Lara Croft, Tifa etc. I'm actually quite worn out of seeing them in works. I wish Sheva got more love but everyone just focuses on the three you mentioned (I get why).

If an alternative reality existed and Claudia was super evil, I think she would be a great Lady Dimitrescu. Wasn't expecting this at all so this was a lovely surprise to see WIPs. Very nice! Looking forward to this.

Right. Its kinda lame to see the difference in reaction from people on Twitter for example when I post something with my own characters, as opposed to an established one. But I get why. Maybe starting next year, I should try and find a healthy balance between my own characters and stories and doing fan arts of games and such. Worked Out 3 isn't released yet.

It’s because sheva does not have a RE engine model she is stuck with that old model and no artist want to use it unless they make their own model. Jill Claire and Ada all have modern updated models and yea like you said they are more popular. Idc for sheva either as a character mostly. She is hot but that’s it

That's great to hear! I just want to say, for clarity, that I don't plan on doing things like this too often. It's just very hard to resist the reaction that I'm getting with fan arts like these as opposed to my own characters. I won't do things like this often, it's just a good strategy to getting some more eyeballs on other platforms that I'm expanding to, like Itaku that I only have 5 followers on. It's more a business strategy and less an artistic choice, really. Main focus next year will be doing animations and starting the main story for my characters.
