[VOTE/POLL] New Character Info - TIER 3 (Patreon)

Got pretty far with the new character today, made their face a little less skull-like and more natural looking. I think their body is still a little too "sharp" and thin, so I might go back and make them less skinny.

But this is pretty close to the final look.

We need some info on them though;
This character was made to be a bit of an antagonist. Maybe a bully or someone of lower morality and ethics.
