[VOTE] New Character - TIER 3 (Patreon)

Looking for a new character. I'm not settling on a role for them yet, but for the story, I do need an antagonist, maybe someone in the underground crime scene, maybe like a mid-level criminal. And eventually a higher-level criminal.

But, again, I'm not sure if I want this character to be that. We'll have to see how they turn out.
