Hey babes!

Here is the tutorial for standing and laying down poses – I had to upload it on Dropbox and link it to you, because it has NIPPLES! Aaaaaah!

I highly recommend watching the whole thang, but here are some of the key points broken down into cliff notes for you all.

**Standing Tips**

• Standing Straight On: Use your knee to simulate a "gotta pee" pose, and use it to create an S curve down your body

• Standing against a wall, push your hips forward to create space between you and the wall and to elongate your body. Lift your leg closest to the camera to create a triangle and to accentuate the curve in your hip (if you want to further elongate the torso or chest area, lift your hands over your head)

• Use props/surfaces to lean on to create new shapes with your body, or to tell a story using your surroundings

• To get the most out of standing butt photos, play with putting the weight on your leg closest to the camera, and popping your other leg. Sink your weight into your hips. And don't forget to give yourself a giant wedgie! (You can also play with the opposite leg position to see which way you like more).

• *Pro tip I forgot to include in the video: if you want even more UMPF to your booty photo, place both your hands under your butt and use them to give yourself a lil butt shelf.

• GIVE YOUR HANDS SOMETHING TO DO. This is the most important tip! Grab onto your sweater/clothes, pull on your underwear, play with your hair, trace your body – anything! Giving your hands a task adds depth to your photo, and also makes you feel less silly.

• *Body tracers / running your hands over your body is a great way to not only get a great pose, but also really allow yourself to FEEL into this moment and be fully present with your body.

• Use a wall for support – free standing poses are great for depth, but using a wall for support can be a great way to create shapes you couldn't if you were just standing all willy nilly on your own.

**Laying Down Tips**

• The sexy chicken wing adds curve to your shape! Popping out a leg will give your body more of an S curve. This can be used either on your tummy facing forward, or backwards for an epic butt photo.

• A.R.C.H. AARCHHH YOUUR BACCK. & chin up. You can use a prop/furniture to assist with the arch, but lifting your chest and pushing the top of your head up will give you an elongated shape to your body.

• Laying down should always be an action word. When you are doing simple on the back poses, remember to push your chest forward and engage those muscles. Keep your head titled upwards, and push into the top of your head.

• Place your head at the edge of the bed. This allows for you to get that beautiful arch, but without all the work. You should still be engaging and tilting your chin up, but a little less actively. This also allows your hair to cascade off the edge of the bed and look epic af.

• Use your elbows/levels. Try using levels by propping yourself up on your elbows. This allows you to get some dramatic curves and lines. Alternatively, if on your tummy you can play with really elongating forward to get a sexy cat kinda vibe and feel.

That's it for now! If you guys have any questions please do not hesitate to ask!

Lots of love,

M xx
