Hello my love!

It's not secret that one of my core values as a business honour is resting & honouring your own seasonality. Which means resting and PLAYING as hard as you work. Because the cliche saying is just too damn true – you can't pour from an empty cup.

But when you fill your own cup, it pours down into the cups of your clients and YOUR transformation and rest can help foster rest and transformation in others. (it's basically the only form of trickle down philosophy that actually works).

I'm hosting a retreat in the lush rainforest of the PNW – and I only have two spots left.

Business has been haaaaaard this year. It's been wearing away my soul a lil bit – and I know I'm not alone in that. Which is why I built this retreat as a soft container for us to run away to, to heal our hearts, our souls, gain inspiration for our businesses, all while frolicking in the forest and connecting deeper to our inner worlds.
