Lady Dimitrescu is available as a standalone race, you only have to pick her race in racemenu, it's called Lady Dimitrescu.

She has her own custom outfit and body, neither can be changed. She uses vanilla female skeleton, and it’ll be of no use to you to replace it with anything else. She’s 1.16, vampire, uses sultry voice.
