Both Jill and Carlos are available as a standalone race, you only have to pick their race in the racemenu, it's called Operative

They are already set up and ready to go.

The followers are available at Old Hroldan. They have no custom armor, so be sure to give them something of your choice if you want.

You can adjust their settings via CK, don't forget to regenerate facegen (ctrl+F4) if you mess with their faces tho (like change the hairdos, add some new tintmasks. whatever).

By default they use vanilla bodies with vanilla skeleton, along with Maevan's Mature Skin (Jill) and vanilla (Carlos) textures for the body. You can replace those with anything you want 'cause tastes differ and all that crap, following the way described below.

For the body models:

1. Go to "meshes\SC\0_Followers\000_Jill\Body" or "meshes\SC\0_Followers\000_Carlos\Body";
2. Drop your desired meshes there;
3. Drop your desired skeleton;
4. You're breathtaking.

For the body textures you need to do this:

1. Go to "textures\SC\0_Followers\000_Jill\Body" or "meshes\SC\0_Followers\000_Carlos\Body";
2. Drop your preferred textures there;
3. Open the included “_FemaleBody_Neckseams.psd” (Jill) or “_Body_Seams.psd” (Carlos);
4. Open femalebody/malebody textures in a graphic editor of your choice;
5. Copy-paste seam files, save the end result;
6. If you get discoloration between the body and the seam, or the specular is too strong/faint, or whatever - adjust that first to better fit the seam color;
7. Save the files;
8. You're amazing.

Optional KS Hairdo's esp changes all humanoid hair entries so she can use any other hairstyles too. Delete it if you want, or don't install it, or whatever. If you have your own hair mod, and want your Jill to utilize it, do the following:

1. Open the hair.esp in TES5Edit;
2. Make sure you have Automation Tools installed
(here's the link https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49373/)
If you don't have it, you'll have to process every entry one by one;
3. Navigate to hair.esp, go to "Head Part" section;
4. Select EACH AND EVERY head part listed there;
5. Right mouse click - Apply Script...;
6. Choose AT - Quick Change in the drop menu, click OK;
7. In the next window click on the plus a few more times, so you have more lines, and you won't have to redo everything again;
8. Click on the "Add" drop menu, choose "Replace";
9. Do the same to other lines;
10. In the <Path> copy-paste following:

11. In the <Find> copy-paste following:

12. In the <Replace> copy-paste following: 

NULL - Null Reference [00000000] 

13. Click OK and wait for the script to finish replacement.
14. Save the plugin.
15. Now the female humanoid hairstyles are available for Jill too. 

The only downside is that they are also available for all other races as well. But it's better than messing with form lists, preventing any other standalone race mods from using modded hair.

I forgot to reshape Carlos’s scalp to fit vanilla one, so you won’t be able to use any modded hair with him, sorry.

If racemenu/ECE: open race menu, go to hair tab, press on the color square, choose whatever color you want. If vanilla: it's not possible.

Вы так написали, будто я этого всего не знаю, и геометрию в качестве ресниц и волос в первый раз использую. Чтобы нормально рендерилось - используйте мультисемплинг или подобный режим, можно ТАА. Альфа на ресницы никак не влияет - это геометрия, не текстура. Шейдер тоже.
