I´ve been going with a "All tiers get everything" policy... and you know what? it isn't working. It's an unsustainable model that makes the highest tiers worthless...

The solutions aren't pretty for the Bronze Cherry Tier 🍒

A clear difference between tiers is minimal, the suggestions are not a monthly occurrence, the only thing left is the amount and kind of WIPs each tier gets. Something that from my point of view, makes the other tiers not as interesting. The tier with the biggest disadvantage is the Platinum Eggplants Tier 🍆 Since it was created with Large projects in mind.

The income dropped... I can keep going with small stuff, no problem... but wouldn't dare going through another Big project.

I really have to take time to rework the tiers, make them fair for their price; make them work with large projects in mind, because when they happen, the small rewards drop. And I'll try to keep all 3 tiers.

And revive Patreon Discord... for a more chill, and easier way of communication.

I'll continue with the final animation of the SidLink season the way things have been... Then I'll focus on the rework and restructuring... Sorry...

I think it's fair to give more rewards to higher tier patrons. While I'm able to support you at high level just because i want to, not many people will given lack of extra rewards. If you're not able to sustain yourself with given model, you should rework it. Good luck with that

I don't mind supporting you at the high tier. It's easy to say "more art" but animation already takes a lot of time and energy, so it would he unfair to ask that, especially when you're doing it mostly yourself. I'm sure you can find a good middle ground of content for people in each tier vs what you can sustainably do.

I'm happy to support you at the low tier and not get any reward, or else get it later in 6 months or a year if you put it out public. or never is fine too. it's all good whatever works for you!

Yeah, but also... not giving out anything is not who I am... from a business perspective is clear what doesn't work, but from a personal perspective is a whole other beast... Personally I don't feel good getting money without giving something in exchange.
