I'm making sure to change some habits of mine... I can no longer be long hours on my PC... I'll be working on a better schedule for me, shit is gonna be hard... but is either that, or having chronic pain for the rest of my life...

Wish me luck, I've been feeling so down after barely getting better... my lack of presence was due to physiotherapy, barely doing art... it's just awful for me...

Well... shit happens, I was expecting to start havving these issues at least near my 40s... xD not my mid 20s... this had happened before but it went away easily thanks to me being less active in any way... but now that I've decided to take larger projects, be more physically active, going out more... it's like being slapped really hard... so far, I can go back to light exercise, mostly stretching, fixing my posture, changing the chair I work on...

Hopefully in the next couple of months all these changes will make the pain disappear... if not... well, I'm gonna get depressed for a while, then accept it, endure the pain and keep moving forward... IT'S NOT GONNA BRING ME DOWN THAT EASILY!

It sucks, but sometimes health needs some sacrifices... Still, I'm happy you're taking the steps for improvement. Best of luck and show your back who's boss!

I'm sorry you're in so much pain dude. Be sure to take to take breaks and be careful. Like DjDames said, we're all with you in this. ❤
