Miles acts and talks just like Peter Parker in this book. I haven't been keeping up with the latest comics featuring him but is this his personality now? He was a lot more serious in the books I've read that featured him. This gives me mixed feelings on the book. Old Miles was honestly kind of a boring character, but he's been getting paired off with Spider-Gwen which works well because he becomes the "straight man" to her humorous antics. New Miles is more interesting, but he doesn't feel like Miles Morales to me. He feels like Peter Parker body-swapped with Miles. Maybe I should read some newer comics to familiarize myself with 2019 Miles?

It was a bit meh for me, but I did enjoy Kamala her reactions towards the situation.

First off, I LOVE how you write Miles and Kamala. Also, having Carol is a super bonus. For a dyke, I can't believe she likes it in the pooper (just kidding). I loved the story and the art also. Kamala is just too innocent for these things. If Gwen could have joined in the fun, this would have been the most EPIC threesome ever. Anyway, I would say these two comics for this month were excellent!

I was never the best at diplomacy, so I'll just say this was the worst issue in the Scopsverse. I hated every moment of it, as it featured every flaw of every bad issue and magnified them. It was the Hindenburg crashing into the Titanic of porn parodies. I can't say this was an attempt to bury my poll winning Kamala/Carol story by purposefully undoing every possible conceivable element of quality, but it seems that way. If this it then Jesus. I was worried that finally this pairing was coming that the Marvels would get short-shrift, especially with Miles being included. Virtually every book hes been in has been poor, and the further from his own story he gets the worse it tends to be. Not only that it was a sequel no one wanted, it promises a sequel no one will want as well. Also it is another sequel to another lower quality book, has any of this year's sequels been to anyone's top 20 favorites? The only way to do it justice is to mirror all the flawed works that preceded it. Like Venomess 2 it takes a dream pairing and utterly denies it in favor of a completely neutered one. Like MJ Makes a Porno it features a surefire story that is tauntingly denied metatextually. Like Mockingbird it features a too insignificant pairing. Like AvX it doesn't remotely feel like something the characters would do or say. Even good stories' flaws like Sandy vs Watery in that it sets up a weird barrier that no issue can approach is present (untouchable Kamala). Dreadful.

Bait and switch! I had been looking forward to part 2 of Kamala and Miles by Bayushi for forever, and there was barely any Kamala! All will be forgiven if we get part 3 soon with Kamala finally losing her cherry. And losing her shirt as well! Mask, boots and thigh-high leggings are plenty costume. Maybe the scarf. Have been waiting for Kamala to finally take it for forever. What a dirty trick this was :)

I'm going to have to agree that this wasn't a good issue. You should never do bait and switch stories it only pisses people off. Honestly unless you plan on next release being a better part 3 I would suggest you but your losses and just learn from this. I don't know why but I find that most of your Miles stuff you seem to have a hard time making decent stories for him.
