I didn't vote for Boulevard, but now that it's in the lead, I remember I've always found the Outro chord progression sort of fascinating. Would be interesting to hear your analysis. (I just looked at it, and the progression is built on scale steps of Em, but it also hits the maj7 chord D#. That's probably what made it sound cool to me.)
