It could be an isekai, because how else can you be reborn as the same person you were in the past? Although a time slip could explain it too. He family name looks French, the country name looks like Britain (Britia), I think, but this kind of setting is common in other worlds, too....... Oh, btw, I like this story so far. This kind of plot can go in several directions, even though the trope is common enough. It didn't start out silly, but it was sentimental. I am surprised they spent an entire episode on her current life, where usually they don't spend more than maybe half an episode. A similar example would be Parallel World Pharmacy. This one actually looks pretty serious but they don't look like they are going to get into too much technical detail. Sadly, it doesn't look like so far they are going to talk much about drugs. I'm not a doctor, but in hemorrhagic shock, I'm not sure that promoting clotting is the best idea. I could be waaaay off though...... I am happy she isn't leaving any family behind but is getting to go back to the family she misses and maybe the man she loved.

I remember finishing the manhwa years ago, I remember that it was good even though it was an average series, but it's a little sad that they adapted it when there are so many beautiful manhwa about doctoring and a pharmacy. By the way, since I don't want to spam, I will say once again that you should definitely check out ishura even if it is the first episode, the series is progressing very well so far.
