Hmmm. It's kinda hard to decide whether it'd be a spoiler to say how Veldora left Tempest when he went to Walpurgis. On the one hand it isn't until afterwards that it is revealed, but on the other hand it's not something that they likely will bother talking about later.

1. It was Words of the World. Raphael merely predicted what would happen and how to set up the conditions. 2. Walpurgis was held this time at the new moon, when vampires are the weakest. 3. Kadokawa was part of the production and I am pretty sure that the manga, etc. used in Slime are probably already owned by them. 4. The church is more complicated than you might think. 5. The name "The Ten Great Demon Lords" was a name the humans came up with after the Demon Lords took too long to come up with one on their own. Is is any wonder they didn't want "The Eight Great Demon Lords"?
