[ POTENTIAL SPOILERS ABOUT SHADOW CLONES, FOR FURTHER IN THE SERIES ] even though it s just info about the jutsu you v already seen. Naruto does not take in damage, he takes the pain and what they lived through in but not damage. from the clones. it s not really a spoiler, doesnt affect the story. honestly it s kinda the "make me feel pain" jutsu XD cuz Naruto just throws the clones at everything hahahah XDDD

Naruto doesn't receive any damage from the clones being defeated but an important piece of info that the show glosses over about shadow clone jutsu is that in order to create those physical copies it divide your total chakra pool between you and the # of clones thats why it was considered forbidden meaning more clones you create the less chakra you have to use so to put it in perspective you create 10 shadow clones you and the clones have 1/10th the amount of chakra than normal. P.S. it is possible to die from exhausting your chakra pool because it's a mix of physical & spirit energy and everyone needs those to live.
