Like previous member addressed be open and transparant. Technical issues do not seem to be the cause of the problem here. This most likely is some issue regarding your team. I can understand why you want to keep this quiet of people maybe choosing sides and creating their argument here. But you can be more open an neutral on why the videos are down. let's call it you are in a negotiation phase over further licensing, if this is the case.
