Dalia "Man-Eater" Cyraxx was by far the most dangerous pirate in the whole galaxy, wanted for over 50 colony raids and hundreds of murders. She had been arrested 5 times and escaped 4 times. This time the Star Commune was taking no chances. Previously she had used the wire in her own bra to create makeshift lock picks and managed to strangle 7 men with just her shoelaces. They definitely were not taking any chances this time. The order was to strip her completely naked and secure her from head to toe.
