Yeah, this feels very much a 'breaking up to get back together. Mhok cannot support Day in the future if he keep working as a caretaker. I think Day is doing 2 things here: He's giving Mhok the chance to make something of himself. AND he's making sure that Mhok is actually choosing him. He's sending him into the world to be sure it's not pity, or boredom, or lack of options. I think Day is more insecure than people realise! The show will deliver, 100%.

Totally agree with all of you, especially Xiao Jun, that Day did it for Mohk’s benefit. Was it too rushed and abrupt? Yes, but think we all know that’s the nature of Thai BLs toward the end of a series and I guess P’Aof, unfortunately, is no exception….maybe it’s written in the director’s/writer’s contract. It’s still one of the best BLs ever IMHO. Guess we’ll all just have to wait patiently until the next episode. I will be very surprised if they don’t end up together🤞.
