We have 5 more episodes to go and I don’t know if I can deal with that much left. Nothing significant is happening. I just want Put to leave the picture! Which is a shame because I adored Lovely Writer and Up. What’s annoying is that this show loves to introduce new irrelevant characters each week and they’re so unlikable! We had three-ish cry scenes as well and not even one looked believable! I have so much hope for this series and every week it slowly diminishes! I’m willing to overlook Pat immaturity, just as long as he and Jeng have moments together and they can’t even do that! Let me calm down, I know I’m not suppose to take it that seriously, but wow! P.S- I love how your so over Put. I was dying laughing!

I was so amused at Jeng almost burning the penthouse down because of Pat. As we say in the preview, he is not telling Pat about his feelings on purpose, and honestly that makes sense to me, even if Asia does not have the same aversion to workplace relationships. (About 10% of my coworkers here in Japan are married to each other.) Loved the instant noodles scene, because it reminds me of my Mum. She is a professional cook and anytime she has to make instant noodles, she adds 75 ingredients and a home-made sauce. lol. The phone at the table just did not fit with who Put was in the rest of the episode. I feel like he spent the rest of time being genuinely concerned about Pat and worried he was losing him. Also, since they are pretending not to be involved in public, I feel like he would cherish the moments behind closed doors. Mummy acting an idiot on set, seems par for the course in Asia with its focus on seniority and elder respect. Thailand might be different, but I have never seen someone call security in Japan. Is there even security? But I really love how Jeng came and hit her where it hurts. She clearly cares about status and Jeng was like, 1. I am the song of a very powerful man and a powerful man myself in a powerful position in a powerful company. 2. The man you went off on is actually in charge. 3. The director you went off in front of is also the son of the same very important man. 4. Thailand ain't that big. I can make sure your son never works again. All very polite, thinly-veiled threats. Getting wasted at work parties is a giant part of Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese culture. I feel like Thailand would probably be the same. I've got a work drinking party in two weeks and it's the first since the world is calming down and I am actually looking forward to my colleagues all being trashed. (Also, I feel like the term "work drinking party" does not exist in the West, so we already more likely to get soused over here. lol) Also, I LOVE JAAB. Just needed to throw that out there. I feel like Jen was about to say, I felt something for you for a while, so I broke up with Mon. I don't have a problem with that. It is better than cheating. I am not having jumping for joy at this series, but I have been in Asia too long to really come into anything with high expectations, so it is just okaay and I am fine with that. lol. Also, completely random, but... I keep superimposing La Pluie over this. I think it is because both shows have a Pat and the nongs on both shows have the same sort of hairstyle and general design.

There’s lots of disappointing and frustrating things going on around the world this half of 2023, and this drama is definitely one of them!!! That’s all I can say!!

not gonna i like this series, yes some things are kinda annoying, like that the main couple has kinda no scenes together for such a long episodes. and i cant really see the main couple together as well. to different, jeng is to mature and pat is too imature. so im curious how there gonna get together and how that will look. they need to speed up asap. but i actually dont mind pat as a character, yes he is kinda childish and definitly not my fav in the series, but he is ok, i dont mind when a character is a little childish. his acting doesnt bother me as well. i dont really judge acting, i always try to see the characters. so im not like "oh a bad actor" but more i think this is just the way the character is and behaves. ofc in really intense scenes or crying scenes, you see who really has it, and who doesnt that much. but thats just moments, mostly i just think about the characters while watching a show. but i get how it can turn some people of. anyway in overall i think this show is fine, its not my fav, but its ok. im still exited for it every week. even thought the eps are so long. im always sad that korean bls are so short and like when there longer, but the eps here are realllllly long. since im watching more straight k dramas i realised that most eps have this lenght and its normal there thought.and got used to it. i also dont mind when there is filler, i dont think every scenes needs to move the plot or have purpose, so it doesnt bother me that much. i mosly just try to have a fun watch out of shows.(yikes thats a long comment lol)
