In Thailand, the different region are called province. Charlotte Austin finished in 5th runner-up, she represented Chumphon province (in the south of Thailand, roughly halfway between Bangkok and Phuket). The series is not going to be a copy-paste of reality obviously. The voting system, public vote for the top 20 then judges choose the top 10, the public again for the top 5 and the winner. The voting system is a bit controversial because each voter actually buy credits which represent vote (you buy 25 credits you got 25 points to distribute). Ok, fun and sweet moments one after the another. I agree with you, the series is very good but I feel we are lacking real talk between the characters. And as strange it may sound, the two scenes between Meena and her family seems more wholesome (I even got teary eyes when she left her brother, for one moment I beleive Tul was about to cry). Also we know drama is going to happen with Queenie but it felt a bit clumsy the way it is presented.
