regarding subtitles size i just found out that viki tweeted they been having problems with subtitles size since yesterday and are trying to fix it

Good timing. I just finished my watch of it. Other than the dead fish kisses, I enjoyed the way the plot unfolded. The pacing seemed right and they got their eventual happy ending. Looking forward to watching your reaction the weekend.

I liked the pacing, the story was nice but agree with you, underwhelmed. The cinematography is very good though, just for that scene where the main protagonist and the characters of the novel are together under the tree... that was a beautiful shot. But yes, the kisses are a bit too ''old fashion Korean-style''. Overall, I still like the series, there was a feeling of lost opportunity, missed love, nostalgia that I really like.
