As a fellow Ongsa apologist, I agree. I think Ongsa has really taken a wacking in the opinions of most because of her choices without people trying to understand where she is coming from. She's so young and in love for the first time with someone who she thinks is too good for her. She got in over her head and has spent the last couple of episodes trying to make sure that Sun doesn't get hurt. She's not malicious or selfish... she's 16. As for Sun, "her trait is that she's nice and naive', made me laugh but honestly the show has done a disservice to Sun. I don't think that she's completely different from the novel but in the novel, there's just more about her that makes you understand her and the reasons why she likes Earth so much. In the show they've focused on her so little that it is hard to identify with her. She is just pretty and nice and naive and that is a shame. Every other character has a specific personality that is unique to them and they haven't given that to her. We had one scene with her parents and only in the last 2 episodes more scenes with her friends. Hopefully going forward they do develop her more but I'm not feeling super optimistic about it.
