I would definitely say you accomplished your mission on the ass part but it seems you also messed with the thighs and the belly as well. If you put the before of picture 3 next to the after of picture 4 you can clearly see that the thighs and belly are better in picture 3 than in picture 4. The issue here is that you are not just making her thicker you are actually changing her body proportions to become obese. The length of her thigh proportion to the thickness of her thighs is thrown off. This completely changes her weight class and makes her fat instead of just being curvy/full-figured/plump. It makes her look like a short fat girl in picture 4.

Perhaps I overdid it a little. Ok, I reduced the thickness of the thighs a little and also modified the butts so that the side view would also look good. I'll finish the job soon and start rendering.
