WWTavern May Painting Contest (Patreon)

Greetings dearest friends!

It has been almost 2 months since the last time this has happened, but today, we want to announce to you a new painting competition! We have great new sponsors Ameralabs and RedgrassGames providing some amazing prizes and some renowned painters who will be our judges for the competition. So without further ado, here is the timeline, rules and terms:

The contest officially begins on the 5th of May and will run for one month. The final day for submissions is the 5th of June (12PM PST).

Our judges for this competition will be Oliver Spaeth and Josua Lai. Similar to the previous competition, 6 finalists will be selected by our judges between the 6st and 10th of June and then, the vote will open up to our patrons and guests from the 11th until the 15th of June.

Rules:

To participate in this contest you'll need to do 4 things:

⦁    Be a member of our Patron (any tier works!) during the month of May.

⦁    Choose any model from the WWT catalog.

⦁    Print, Paint and Post your submission on Instagram or FB, including the relevant hashtags.

⦁    Submit your entry to the google form: https://forms.gle/Nui9cnLTr2VaJrw29

Terms:

⦁    Models have to be freshly painted for the competition, previous works will not be accepted.

⦁    You cannot commission a professional painter to paint your submission.

⦁    One model submission per participant.

⦁    Digitally edited (serious photoshop, we’re not talking levels changes or RAW development) submissions will be disqualified.

⦁    Minimum 1, maximum 5 Photos must be submitted to the google form in .jpg (jpeg) format, max size: 100MB.

⦁    Please try to submit a good quality picture. Blurry/out of focus entries will have a lower chance of showing your paint job in its best light.

⦁    Participants must tag our sponsors in their social media posts:

And

#Redgrassgames and @RedgrassGames

⦁    Participants must tag #WWTPaintingMay and @WWTavern in their social media posts.

Prizes:

1st place receives:

• 1L of TGM-7 resin from Ameralabs
• x1 Studio XL Everlasting Wet Palette from RedGrass Games
• x1 RGG 360 miniature holder V2 from RedGrass Games

2nd place receives:

• 0.5L of TGM-7 resin from Ameralabs
• x1 Painter everlasting wet palette from RedGrass Games
• x1 RGG 360 miniature holder V2 from RedGrass Games

3rd place receives:

• 0.5L of TGM-7 resin from Ameralabs
• x1 RGG 360 miniature holder V2 from RedGrass Games

WWTavern reserves the right to award an extra prize to a submission that doesn’t enter the final three.

The cost of the prize and shipping is covered by our sponsors. Depending on your location and local laws, you might have to pay import duties on the items.

Due to logistical challenges and ongoing regulation changes with global post, prizes cannot be shipped, following countries:

This list may change at any time as the pandemic and other factors affecting shipping develop.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, prizes will be awarded in a private manner.

Email and Data Collection:

All participants will automatically be qualified for a 10% discount at the Ameralabs official website. To receive the discount, participants need to enter their email addresses to the attached Google Form. A unique single-use promo code will then be sent via your email. Please be assured that your email will only be used to send over the discount code and will be deleted thereafter. Everybody is a winner here!

By joining the competition and submitting your work, you give White Werewolf Tavern the rights to re-use your submitted image for re-posting on our Social Media. Appropriate attribution will be provided where applicable.
