This is the fault of the shoes ... sounds strange - but it's true. If you take off her shoes, this area is also visible again. In the options of the shoes apparently this setting was activated.

You can go into the "Customize" menu for the shoes, and under the "Adjustments" tab, uncheck the "Disable Anatomy" option. If you ever see that blank triangular nether region, it's a good idea to check all clothing items for having this setting. For whatever reason, sometimes clothing items have this set erroneously.

I love this! As a minor critique, the scrunched up shoe toe box area is caused by the "(REN) Thin" & "Body Tone" morphs. The "Body Tone" only appears to significantly affect the tall shoes, not the Dr.'s shoes. I still don't know why some morphs do that to the shoes, but generally all the "6" morphs, such as "Stephanie 6 Body" tend to cause that, as well as a few others such as the "(REN) Thin" morph. I wonder if that's due to an issue when the shoes were imported, such as being imported by someone that didn't have any of those types of morphs, presuming they're baked into the shoe at import somehow. You could replace the "(REN) Thin" morph with a "Thin" morph and dialing back the "Waist Narrow Lower". A combination of a few "Fitness" and "Tone" (other than Body) seem to closely approximate what the "Body Tone" was doing, without affecting the shoes.

The 6-series are classic Genesis 2 figures predating VaM by a good bit, it's safe to assume they always were in VaM as part of its original inception.
