This was the first Blender animation I attempted where I wondered if I was going to have it ready in time to continue the next week's work without falling behind. I certainly failed. Using fluids for the first time and troubleshooting (thank you KDE!) took up a bulk of the time, combined with being dissatisfied with the camera angle and how the original fluids turned out. This led to re-rendering the whole thing from scratch which put me way behind as it's not a short animation.

When I thought on attempting Blender I promised myself I wouldn't make a habit of doing 5 second loops, as I feel they defeat the whole point of VR by removing immersion (unless they're so well done you can't tell they're a loop). Although it led to a very long two weeks stretch without a day off, I made it happen on time and to my own standard. I had to make a concession and pass on creating my own non-VR camera angle like I normally do. So there will be some differences in lighting and fluids between the non-VR and VR version.
