Patreon reward roles now automatically sync on the Discord server (Patreon)

So now if you join the server, the Patreon bot will automatically give you a role based on your rewards level. Make sure you enable this by going into your account settings and connecting your account with Discord!!If you're already in the discord server and have a role, you're good to go.
