I'm hugely torn with this.. do I keep it or not.


I like it but its not perfect - should it be perfect for almost £5k?


Hmmmm... Hmmmm... a BIG decision and an expensive one!

Personally I'd have to more than 'like' it to justify that price tag! It does sound fantastic, but given the size of the thing the interface design is truly awful in my opinion. If they were pushed for space I could understand the lack of dedicated knobs/buttons for some of the heavily used features, but this is definitely not the case here. To make it worse, why put so much functionality under the menu and then provide such a tiny screen to navigate the 41 pages in 'Menu 2'? It's not for me (not that I could afford it anyway!) but if you can put up with the interface it's a great sounding, flexible synth. Keep us updated what you decide to do with it :-)

Starsky, please help - starting my own chanel - have a great gear , cammera, just wondering , what kind of stand do you use to have keyboard/ table fully visible from bird's perspective (cammera at 90 degrees)? Thanks for the shootout video, i am still not convinced tho. Don't feel like letting OB6 go and adding 3 k on top for this.
