I love the flexibility you get with digital oscillators... a great cash and space saver.  This one in particular is great in that it is effectively 2 separate voices.  The sub is tuneable and has a separate out. So here I've put it together with a couple of envelopes and 2 filters to make a really flexible little system.

I'm feeding it with 2 MIDI channels simultaneously... a single note on each.  There's 2 tracks on this. On one I mix gate from one voice to feed the filter envelop on the other to get some nice interaction between the 2 parts. Quite effective when you can only hear one of them and the other is muted.

Using the Deadmau5 MIDI files again... different ones than I used on the 2600... not only are they really useful for demoing stuff, but I'm hoping it'll add to the video's popularity.  I doubt it but worth a go?

Deadmau5 with One Oscillator // There's so much in here

#modbap #osiris #deadmau5 #demo #review Support the channel https://patreon.com/starskycarr The Modbap Osiris is a hugley flexible oscillator. Here I demo it using 2 voices using some Deadmau5 MIDI files I've re-jigged for 2 voices. Wavetable synthesis on another level. You have a separate sub which is tunable, plus you can detune the main oscillator... giving a total of 3 notes at a time. Very cool. Ive downloaded the midi files through splice so now I'm going throught them.

Downloaded them all oops. Trying to recreate it on a Berhinger system 100 and 2500 but that blue Marvin sounds incredible. Just watched the Fuesbox clip - 2600 or Fusebox if you had to choose?

Starsky Carr

A hard one, but you can’t beat the 2600 for value - the patternator does add a lot and the Fusebox could be standalone. I’d get the 2600 first while saving for the Fusebox.
