Here's a first look at my Alpha Juno demo and walkthrough.

Thus was my first analog synth - bought when I was at school. It was *only* £300 and it took over a year of working after school and weekends to save up for it.. The 106 was out of my range ... and as a teenager I didn't have time to wait and save for a more expensive synth.

Ive had it ever since. It's like one of the family... annoying at times but I love it. ... I should've used that line in the video ;)

Thinking of putting some more sound demos at the end, plus some intro and backing music from the synth as normal.

Its a bit of a Labour of live this one and I want to do it justice (foibles included).

The after-touch is gone. It responds but at the M-ohm level and is supposed to be at the few K-ohm level iirc. The instructions I've seen are scary. (btw first synth was Casio CZ101. Still have it too and have done some restorations.)

Hate the digital display programming. (Didn't mind as a teen.) Now have a MidiClub JunoCTRL which unfortunately I've had to do 3 major board repairs on. But now it's nice.
