Remaking Games in Sugarcube instead of Harlowe (Patreon)
Content
The recent dip into Dice'd Coffee actually made me realise some annoyances I'd been having trying to do fun things would actually be avoided (or at least be able to be approached differently) if I'd been using a different coding Language in Twine, one that's a little more awkward in some things but a lot more powerful and useful for others.
So I accidentally took forever to rewrite all the coding Dice'd Coffee and A Small Invitation to move it to Sugarcube.
What does it actually mean though?
It means sidebars and contextual menus
It means easier CSS to have colour or different fonts and actually centred centre aligning
It means a better mobile experience
It means SETTINGS MENUS or other extra things without worrying about awkward page loops.
It means...that I can remake THETA in Twine
Individual game update posts to follow.
